In this learner’s place of employment ethics are taken very seriously but we have no training on the ethical policies. Being able to implement trainings on ethical standards and policies for all professionals within the workplace would be a way to implement or apply what was learned during this class.Personally, I have learned a lot about myself during this class. The self-inventory quizzes at the beginning of each chapter helped me learn some of biases and areas on where I need to work towards improving. I have learned that I am not good with time management and that I struggle with online learning. I have learned that while it may be difficult to ask for help sometimes it is necessary.Professionally I feel that I have grown and would be able to handle leadership in a better way. The vignettes through out the course asking what would be done if I were in charge challenged me to think as a leader in my field and how I would address ethical dilemmas. Being able to practice this and then getting feedback from my peers was insightful.
