Please Follow the Rubric grading and instructions, I received 13 out of 34 points on the other paper due it did not meet what was asked for. I believe you are able to make the proper changes to the paper. I will post the comments and corrections the professor wants.This will be an update to the ‘Near-Final policy analysis’ you previously turned in. You will use the same paper, BUT, To turn in the final paper, you must use ‘track changes’ in Word. I will only be looking at the changes I required of you in the ‘Near-Final’ Version.
