The mid-term paper will consist of your findings from Bioinformatic analyses in the format of a scientific paper (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References).For this paper you will do the following: Do a complete literature search on the Marfan syndrome disease and its related genes.This information MUST be incorporated in the paper. Search the GenBank database for a set of related entries pertaining to a human disease causes in part by a Single Nucleotide Polymorphism.The best candidates for this study should be genetic variations of the same gene or set of genes.
