personal statement for applying for part time (Executive) MBA with a British business school.  however the study will be in my country, my level in English is intermediate and my vocabulary is not so rich,  I want you to use new words but not too difficult or complicated. my mother tongue language is Arabic , I work with multi nationalities 

i have wrote something but the school said its very brief , I have shared in the attachment the questions which you need to answer & then on page 3 the paragraphs which I have written & highlighted in yellow.

I have also updated my current main responsibilities in office,        my main purpose of the study definitely better job  & income , targeting job in general management to use & apply my skills & experience in managing people and to also assist & support my nationals to think & decide on what to study and understand the work environment , make them appreciate the importance of working in multi nationalities environment ,  jobs which they may search & look for
