Write a 6-7 page detailed reflective essay analyzing the industry/field in which you are working, your employer, and your internship.  The reflection required in preparing this paper should help you as you develop your resume and cover letters and to describe your skills and experience in job interviews.  It should also help you to evaluate your experience relative to your career goals and may either confirm or change your current career path.

Provide more information about your internship experience. Describe the industry/field in which you worked and explain your perceptions in considering working within this industry for your own career. Evaluate your employer regarding the quality of the organization as an employer as well as their potential as a future employer for yourself. Describe your internship activities including descriptions of projects you have completed, skills necessary to be successful in the position, and particular areas of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction with the internship. Explain the organizational chart and indicate where you fit in the organization. Define the job performance expectations of your organization and consider how they compare with the academic expectations you have experienced as a student. Define factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction and productivity.
