The assignment is based on the case study that you have selected either in group or individually.

You have to prepare a summary in Word document format in detail based the steps of a case study. 

1.    Describe the main facts given in the case study (if given) :  (25 points)

      The general information (General (GEN) (history, actors/protagonists, etc.)

      Describe the information given about the Industry (IND)

      Describe the information given about the Competition (COM)

      Describe  the Strengths (STR) and Weakness (WEA) of the business

2.    Present what is the main issue/problem/decision/ evaluation that the case study is built on (25 points)

3.    Answer the questions if given. If not, provide couple of alternatives to the main  issue/problem/decision/ evaluation of the case study.                                                            (25 points)

4.    Then choose which alternative is the best in your opinion and support/justify it (Why) and describe how it can be implemented (by mentioning the risks too).
