Just to give you some ideas, the learning points or key topics may include such things as host country cultural/norm environment, firm internal resources, and capabilities, comparative national competitive advantage, location advantages, entry modes, strategic alliance, multinational strategy, as well as multinational organizational structure and HR management. It is important to note that you may identify a very different list of points or perspectives than these examples, as it is natural that people have different takeaways from the same chapter. Some learning points you identify, however, may not be very relevant to the specific exam case because the case may not provide information with respect to those particular learning points. If that is the case, you will need to drop some points and select a few more relevant ones. It is up to you how many points you want to cover (a minimum of 10) and how much space you want to allocate to each point(remember you are allowed to combine 2-3 together, whenever more efficient or appropriate). Regardless of your final list, you must limit your analysis to a maximum of five pages, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font, the one-inch margin on all sides.
