Pat struggles to keep his job at the plant in Norco. He was promoted to supervisor and put in charge of a wellness program for the employees of the drilling rig he supervises. The employees have several health issues (you select these). Please help him develop an intervention that would be useful to his employers. Help him to work within a theory, develop assessments, discuss unintended consequences, and map out a plan. Money is readily available as long as the workers stay productive
CASE #2 Tammy (a Bioengineering graduate) has a biotech start up company creating biologically useful cells (stem cells) to be implanted into various tissues (bones, muscles, nerves) that help with the healing process. This business is located off of Canal Street. She is looking to attract businesses and employees who come from diverse backgrounds and would be attracted to work with for a variety of reasons. She needs your help frame her work in a theory, develop assessments, discuss unintended consequences, and map out a plan.
CASE #3
Reno is a trainer with the special forces who has recently been hired by the airport to assess physical training needs and the health of TSA officers. Some of his workers are former military and suffer from PTSD. He needs to recruit excellent workers, develop an incentive pay for performance structure, and create longevity of employment with this new endeavor. Help him develop an intervention within a theoretical framework, develop important screening tools prior to employment and during the course of employment, and discuss who he might partner with.
