II. Process Improvement Plan Phase: In this section, you will be developing an improvement plan to address key initiatives that were identified in section I
of the critical elements. Your plan will address the following elements:
A. Develop performance measurement benchmarks to address productivity of staff.

E. Recommend a diverse group of stakeholders that form an effective team for validating the viability of strategic recommendations in addressing

F. Describe new policies and procedures that need to be implemented to address the compliance issues identified in the initiation and preparation
phase.
G. Describe specific training needs for addressing cultural diversity issues for new hires.
H. Assess the specific training needs for existing staff to address the identified compliance issues
