Encouraging the knowledge within healthcare despite any challenges is finding the best solution to make sure there is communication, the staff is well trained, and the tools are provided. The organization’s day to day task can be overwhelming but finding the time to share with others shows that the organization is willing to build and has strong business skills. Knowledge is one of the organization’s most important assets in strategic terms (Mercedes, 2016).
In our organization, we have just gone through an experience with two companies that became one. Leaders and staff came together and started exchanging information. This was very different as separate companies with the amount of experience and knowledge would become one. Using different tactics that others used provided communication with the team and everyone now is collaborating on their work assignments. The leaders have been receiving great feedback from the external customer on how well the staff is working together and achieving the mission of the organization. Since the organization has become one the barriers were broken and the knowledge is being spread throughout the organization and the staff is working as a team.
