Initial Discussion:

Part 1: Select one of the portfolios from the WP4 example portfolios and look at the yardstick report (note: you will need to have your portfolio open in a tab to access the sample portfolios). While they have a lot of strengths to the documents, there are still issues. In your discussion post, make a note of what you think the authors did well on as well as any constructive criticism you may have about the project. Please note that you are assigned an informal report, so you do not have the same requirements for front matter (all research projects need a references section, which is considered part of the back matter).

Part 2: Using the advice in Chapter 10, develop a research plan for your yardstick report (marketing company targeted the local small or medium business). What are your research questions? What information do you need to find? How do you plan to gather the research?
