Get it written →I CHOOSE THIS READING “Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been?” is a story from the 1960s that was, the author says, inspired by an article she read about a serial killer. It’s the story of Connie, a pretty, popular teenage girl, who encounters a guy who may not just be romantically interested in her. I think it is creepy AF, but it is also a favorite of mine. I have had students tell me that I should suggest that you not read it alone at night. If you like horror/ malice hiding in unexpected places, you might like this one.
