-IT Services: Guidelines to determine how technology needs and problems will be addressed, who in the organization is responsible for employee technical support, maintenance, installation, and long-term technology planning.
-BYOD: allow employees to use their personal smartphones, laptops, and tablets for work.
Part2:
Find 3 different non-profit organizations who have been victims of cyber attack because they didn’t have IT policies in place. Summarize each article; what is the organization, what was stolen/leaked? etc (Link there articles for reference)
