literature review aper

You have to write a 5 pg double-spaced research paper (not counting cover page or reference page but should be included; an abstract is not needed).
1.Conduct a literature review of the pertinent research literature providing a rationale for your program or policy. Include at least 4 peer reviewed articles(at least one article must be empirical) in your paper.
2. Describe why this program or policy is important for adolescents, how and where it would be implemented, and what adolescent development factors and theories need to be taken into account.
3. Be very specific about the evidence-base and/or theoretical rationale for your program or policy, and make sure to address cross-cultural and diversity factors.
4. You are just reviewing the literature on what types of programs or policies work or what the research evidence-base is suggesting would work.

I have also uploaded the proposal you have written me for your perusal to write the final paper on.I have also attached the grading rubric for my final paper so please just make sure everything aligns with it as it will be crucial for my grades and thanks very much for your hard work and effort in assisting me with the proposal and writing the final paper.
