How to do:
Locate a small business that has been impacted by covid-19 and interview the owner or manager, a customer, and (optionally) an employee.
You will be describing and telling the story of the business pre-covid and interviewing the owner or manager (phone or Facetime, Skype, etc. interview recommended, but if you visit the business, wear a mask and practice social distancing.)
Requirements: at least three verbatim quotes, correctly formatted (I recommend recording interviews, and please review Harrower pages 82-85 for quotation guidelines.)
Keep your paragraphs short– two sentences and one idea per graph, and quotes stand alone in their own paragraphs!
