After reading chapters 18 and 19 and researching the concept of resilience for cities, communities, and infrastructure, answer the following:(1) Provide a definition of resilience in your own terms (1-2 sentences of your own words..)(2) Consider the city of New Orleans. If you rebuilt New Orleans from scratch (say it was wiped clean by a super Hurricane or several), how would you remake it to be much more resilient and still have it in the same location? (~1/3-1/2 a page in your own words) (3) Pick ONE infrastructure item/ system in Tuscaloosa that is most vulnerable to an act of nature or intentional attack. Identify that item/system, describe how it is vulnerable, and describe what impacts would occur to the people living in tuscaloosa if that system were destroyed or compromised.
