To do well on this assignment, you will begin by reviewing your intention and plan set forth in your first assignment. Next you will review your class participation, work on your second assignment, discussion board participation, coaching experience, and what you learned from your experience in this course.

In the next sections of this paper, explain how closely you followed the action plan in your first assignment and identify the outcomes of your efforts.
Discuss what you learned about yourself, whether your goals have changed and if so, how they have changed. Discuss the Zenger & Folkman leadership model and how you used it for self-development. You should clearly demonstrate a personal commitment to learn and change your ideas and behavior in light of experiences and feedback from others. Demonstrate your analysis and reflection. What did you learn about yourself? How have your thinking, emotions, and actions changed? Why have these changes happened?
