Requirements:
       Please help to write a Operational Plan for my App which called AutoPal (just a proposal, not launched yet). You could find the detailed instruction and requirements in the attached document named Instruction & Outline”. Please follow the instruction carefully and answer the points one by one, some of parts you can use bullet points or chart format to analysis.
      For the app, please review the attachment named “AutoPal” to have a better understanding about it. The document includes the general company description, what is AutoPal and AutoPal detailed service (I write a user journey for how to use every page on App). Hope you can write a Operational Plan which based on the  app information. When you are writing the Operational Plan, please consider every step of our service, our company and the industry in a comprehensively view, and then come up the problems or some related things that we could involve.
     I also attached 2 other examples from other groups which focusing on different apps, but the paper requirements are the same with mine. You could  take a look.

Here is a brief Overview of AutoPal
AutoPal is like a middleman between broken car owners with car fixers. We try to provide a service on our app which for the car owners who are seeking for lower repair cost and for car fixers who want to earn extra money. After the car owners place an order with the problems that need to be repaired on AutoPal, car fixers will bid on the order. After the information matching, car owners can select the car fixers from the list. Then car owners need to provide their bank card information for us as deposit, then the car owners and car fixers can start to meet offline to check the car problems. If needed, they can update the estimated price (previous bidding price). After finishing the repairing, car fixers will mark the order status as completed. Then both of them will give comments with rating to each other. After AutoPal review the rating comments,  if the car owners and car fixers are on the same page, AutoPal will release the money to the car fixers. We will take 15% from the payment as our revenue. During the whole price, AutoPal is only a middle man, we will not participate in any repair process. The car owners and car fixers discuss the place and time to meet by themselves.

Instruction also asked where is the company location, office hours. We suppose we just established the company in NYC this year. For other information, you can come up by yourself, as long as it is reasonable.
