Phd proposal in this area:
Strategic business and IT alignment is growing in effectiveness different assessment methods I will be using to pursue the difficulty of this dynamic alignment. Even with the fact that alignment is a real problem and challenge of many organization, no consensus can be found on what alignment really is, how it should be taken into consideration to maintain and enhance it. So, the Key question about how to assess and accomplish ( define, identify,measure, maintain and improve) the  strategic  business and IT alignment is still a great challenge for many organization. In my proposal I wiil be try to define these challenges, how can the validity and reliability of an alignment assessment method be enhanced, what are the dominant tasks in the area of alignment and how to facilitate the analysis and IT governance alignment based on business process simulation.
