Districts and schools are generally top-down organizations by nature. Decisions can come from the state level and trickle down to the individual teachers. Coaches and mentors are teacher leaders set the example for positive followership thereby creating a strong foundation for a positive organizational climate. They must also support the vision of the leader and the school improvement plan set forth by the leader in order to be effective in their role. In this assignment, you will consider how followers influence culture while supporting leaders.

Write a paper (1,500-1,750 words) that assesses the techniques and tools followers use to influence culture and support leaders in the creation and maintenance of organizational culture conducive to learning. Include the following in your paper:
