Discuss the role of strategic planning in the organization. What are the current areas of focus for the agency?
Does the agency have a customer service program? Give details about the program and its role in the agency.
Discuss a current marketing strategy for the agency. Does the agency brand itself a certain way?
Is the agency involved in the community? How is the agency viewed by the public? Do the marketing efforts of the agency have a role in this?
What are the key data elements that affect the EMS operations based on current issues? Why?
