Over time, the omission of private sector justice seemed almost too hard to defend.
For purposes of our discussion this week, evaluate why the private sector must be a key participant in homeland defense. Discuss why the private sector may have better, even more intimate knowledge of what is needed and necessary in the defense of particular targets and projects under the eye of the terrorists.
