In Europe, they have an opt-out default, we in USA have an opt-in default. big difference. If govt does try to protect, what would happen to companies like Facebook, Google, whose main value is to be able to use our info? In addition, with the Internet of Things, our data are being captured in almost everything we do each day. Again in EU, they have the Right to be Forgotten regualtions that we don’t. Your thoughts?

2. Folks, in recent months, US is discussing the pros and cons of maintaining Net Neutrality. Please research on what it is on your own. and post here what you think, is it good and should be maintained, or should it be gone?

In the past 20-30 years, US has lost a great number of jobs. it can be explained by Globalization, moving of manufacturing jobs to Asia, even service jobs like Call Center to first India and now Phillipines. But the most important impact is the advancement of IT that provide significant productivity gains by organizations. So what do you think will happen to US in that sense as we move on in IT for the next 20 years?

I want to show you a way to measure organizational productivity. think about revenue per employee, it tells a lot. of course some of that is due to the type of business, but it can tell you how much they can pay employees etc.
