Module 6: Final Project Discussion
42420Make sure you followed the detailed instructions included in Module 1 and 6 for your Final Project Presentation. Post your Presentation to this discussion, and submit your presentation to the assignment submission folder.
1) Create a new Discussion thread, in your thread include the link to your Final Recorded Presentation on Movenote or Panopto or YouTube.
2). In your Discussion Thread you must include a Question for your classmates. Make sure this question is thought provoking and intended to promote more conversation and investigation.
3) Once everyone has posted their Final Project Presentation (Due Wednesday Week 6), you may review two of your peers presentations and answer the questions they posted.
Question: In what ways does your assigned artwork express a desire for power, permanence, and/or a need to find meaning in the world? Use your textbook and the multimedia link provided to aid in your understanding of the work of art assigned to you below. Describe the object in detail (what it looks like), the possible motivations for making it, and the apparent meaning behind it. What do you think it signifies and how does its visual form show this?
