1. For an introduction, identify the industry sector you would like to investigate.
2. Do a search on the Internet for three positions in this industry that you could pursue. These are not entry-level positions. Think five to ten years in the future. An example could be the general manager of a major resort or the executive director of a destination marketing organization.
3. Summarize the three positions, identifying five key similarities between the three positions.
4.Choose one of the three positions, and search again for what could be a route for you to climb the career ladder to that position. Also, identify the skills you currently have and what training or experience you would need in order to reach that position.
5. Depict the route you could take:
