How do these tools facilitate performance reporting, variance analysis, change control, and resource utilization tracking? Reflect on the case study used throughout the course: Which features of integrated project management software would have been most beneficial for managing the project’s cost and schedule variances? Provide specific examples of how software capabilities (e.g., real-time dashboards, baseline management, forecasting algorithms, or integration with EVM metrics like CPI, SPI, CV, and SV) can improve decision-making and project outcomes. Have your views on the importance of specialized software evolved since the beginning of the course? Why or why not?
