Introduction

We are in the midst of a talent crisis (as some would call it) and in this discussion board you will look over some of the trends. Think about the talent you have in your organization or look at this through a personal lens. Consider the importance of not only recruiting talent but retaining and developing the talent for the long-term. What do you see as the biggest challenge facing companies and how can they address it? What does it take to build a culture of adaptability?

Look for other information related to this current trend — The Great Resignation, The Great Breakup (young women leaving), or the challenge companies are facing with developing a diverse leadership team or workforce.
