BASED OFF THIS: Age:86 Diagnosis: Pneumonia and Pancreatitis History: The patient came into the hospital feeling unwell for a couple of days and had a near-choking experience, which caused the patient to cough a lot, he was bedbound due to this. Since then, complained of abdominal pain and several episodes of vomiting. The family noticed the patient was delirious and gray/unwell; therefore, he was brought into the hospital. Living Arrangements: The patient is a widower and lives independently on the main level of his family home. Pt has 3 of his children assisting with errands, transport, and medical care.
