You have been working with a new, young client who has autism and other medical needs, their family and a group of medical experts and therapists, to develop an individualised plan for the person. The plan has been finalised and your supervisor has asked you to explain the plan to all of the stakeholders. What information will you provide for them? Consider your own role and responsibilities and those of other support workers, supervisors, family and carers, professionals and medical specialists, plus the relevant organisational and procedural requirements.
