The EIM team concurred that metadata management relied on strong DG. Denise and Bob outlined the activities associated with metadata DG and added these to the list of activities by functional area (table 7.3). The team left the actual steps for setting up metadata DG for another time. 

To help the team complete this task, list the steps they need to take to establish DG for metadata at St. Rita’s. Include with each step the rationale, why it is important, and who the likely players in the DG structure would be (for example, data steward, data custodian, and so on).
