In order for the seminar to be successful, all parent concerns and questions must be addressed. In addition to explaining what topics you will discuss at the seminar, also include a brief explanation of each topic, and why these topics should be covered. This should include a summary of your coaching philosophy, as well as your policies and procedures as coach of the team. You are to also include what you would anticipate being the most important issues the parents would be concerned with, as well as potential questions or challenges the parents may have.
