Laws and legislation that govern the tribunal (enabling statutes – including the sections of the enabling legislation that directly are relevant, regulations, by-laws, rules of procedure, internal guidelines, etc.)

Structure and organization of the tribunal

Create flow chart.

The flow chart should set out the application/appeal process for the tribunal all the way to judicial review

Include a complete list of the pre-hearing procedures

Reference in the chart the correct section of the legislation/regulations that deals with that step of the procedure

Provide the specific legislation that deals with the issues below (it is possible that there may not be legislation for a specific process, if that is the case, you must indicate with certainty that you have reviewed all of the legislation and that there is no rule). Make sure you properly reference

How the various procedures deal with ADR

Pre-hearing conferences

Attach the forms for application/appeal by the appellant/applicant AND respondent to the tribunal AND the form or process you would use to request a written hearing versus an oral hearing.
