4) In general DNR orders are only effective if a patient is in cardiac arrest (no heart beat or breathing). Separate from this article, which is specific to patients having a medical procedure, what do you see as the limitations to DNR orders? 

5) As a follow up to the previous question, there is in some areas of the country/world, a system called POST. This allows individuals to designate specific medical interventions that can and cannot be done if they are found unconscious. While this sounds appropriate on the surface, what challenges do you think this could create for health care professionals and the health care system when implemented?
