What are the arrest patterns for drug-law violations in yourhome state (Ohio)? How does this compare to the surrounding states (Indiana,Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia)?

What implications does the arrest rate have on the jail andprison population?

Research and report on substance abuse programs offered instate (Ohio) and federal (United States) prisons. Are these programs effective?
