Part A:

In this section of your paper, dedicate 750-1000 words responding to the following prompts:

• What is your personal philosophy of leadership?
• What is your personal philosophy of leader/follower relationships?
• How does Micah 6:8 play into your leadership and relationship with your followers? 

Part B:

Utilizing all of your learning in this course, respond to the following questions in about 1500-1750 words:

• What does leader Emotional Intelligence mean to you? Address each of the four EQ components to respond to this question: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
• How do you understand follower motivation, empathy, and social skills and how do you intend to apply what you know about these areas to your practice of leadership?
• What are the leader and follower general competencies you hope to develop in your organization (now or in the future)?
• What is your plan to develop followers to grow in their own EQ?
• What is your plan for yourself to grow in your own EQ in the areas of Social Awareness (motivation and empathy) and Relationship Management (social skills)?
• How will you leverage your understanding of the Enneagram personality Types to enhance leader/follower relationships?
• How might you integrate Enneagram wisdom with your followers, teams, and organizations?
• What advice would you give leaders to best leverage their personality Type to build strong relationships with their followers?
• What advice would you give followers to build strong relationships with Type of leader they follow?

Part C:

In this final section of the paper, and in 250-500 words, your concluding reflections should answer this question:

• Utilizing your HBR, Emotional Intelligence, and Enneagram knowledge, in what other ways will you continue to develop leader/follower social awareness and leader/follower relationship management from a psychological, emotional, and developmental perspective?
