Please complete a role play dialogue between a counsellor and client – you will be making this up – and you will transcribe what the counsellor says and what the client says.

 

Please put it in a word document and submit it to me.  3 pages max.  You will act as the counsellor, and you will be assessing the client and any substance abuse issues. see example below.  Give a small brief description of your client , like age, name, occupation/ career, brief history.  Thank you
