Week 4 Assignment ADDIE model

Using the college library Resources here on the left, and/or other resources, identify the ADDIE model.  Describe this model and how it can be used to teach a specific patient centered task using each of the steps.  This task can be one that you are familiar with from work, or one you would like to develop for future use.

Your paper should be approximately two pages in length and should define the ADDIE process, apply the process to your teaching scenario and how/why changes to your teaching plan might occur.

• Designing objectives and principles to address the issues in the learning situation;
• Developing of resources to meet these specifications;
• Implementing the learning resources in the learning situation; and
• Evaluating how these resources addressed instructional needs (Branch, 2009)..
