peer 1.It was a pleasure to read your initial post to this week’s discussion. I found it very insightful because of the in-depth approach you took in delivering your discussion post. How do you suppose you will be capable of utilizing your experience and learnings from this course to your position or future opportunities as a part of your organizations? In addition, do you think there is anything you have learned from this course that makes you interesting in other fields or markets that would incorporate more of the concepts we discussed throughout the course? It was a pleasure to be a part of this course and to read some of your discussion posts, I hope you grow as a leader and develop further as one in your field.
Peer 2.How would you say your company goes about choosing which organizations to collaborate with? I would like to know more since you mentioned having penetrated new markets and having the ability to make more creative solutions. Moreover, to what extent does this collaboration go? What tends to be both ends of the deal for your organization and theirs?
The Airbnb example is a great one because that is another radical innovation that simply makes complete sense. It is one of those ideas that has me thinking why didn’t someone already implement this.
Peer 3.I enjoyed reading you post for this week’s discussion. I agree that the application project provided us with a great opportunity to take a closer look at one’s organization, and to find what strategies work and which do not. You said, “The organization has stayed ahead by encouraging employee entrepreneurship, integration and innovation.” How does this specifically work in your company? Can you give an example? I noted in my discussion post that we, as a county agency, are limited in potential for strategic entrepreneurship, but that we encourage people to come up with new ideas, as well as look to hire people that have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to a certain degree.
