PICOT Question: Among patients aged above 65 to 85 years undergoing orthopedic surgery (P), does the intervention of early mobilization by frontline staff compared to no early mobilization (C) decrease the length of the hospital stay and other complications in a 10-week time frame (T)?

Make a Flyer and a participant script with the information below (the population focus here is Frontline Staff)

Who is eligible for participation (front-line staff including nurses, mobility tech, physical therapy, male/female, employment, English-speaking, specialty –surgical/ rehab.)

Include specifics about your inclusion criteria ( education will be provided using the 4 E’s of early mobility from the TRIP framework (engage, educate, execute, and evaluate) and how to effectively implement early mobilization for patients using the 4 E’s.
