This quote stood out to me because it speaks to anyone, and not a specific kind of user. Anyone can improve with the resources, tools, and opportunities that are given.

3. I do not think Excel with be replaced because I trust the experts, and I know their is an abundance of tools in excel.

4. To become an expert like the ones in the article, it will take a lot of devotion. Being devoted to take time to understand, practice, repeat, and take on. Being dedicated, hard working, confident, and motivated with goals are qualities that are needed to learn a difficult skill.

1. After reading all of these Microsoft Excel expert’s predictions on Excel, I think it is clear that Excel is not going anywhere anytime soon. Excel is what everyone is used to and it continues to add more applications to make the functionality better and easy to understand as time goes on. It is hard to make a better product than Excel when practically every business is already using it and is already used to it.

3. I do not believe that Excel is going anywhere. Excel is used by almost every business and those businesses trust Excel and know how to use Excel. It would be very difficult to see a competitor come into this field and do what Excel does better. Even if there was a better platform, how would you convince the businesses that have decades worth of data on Excel to make the switch. They would also have to learn how to learn how to use the new program and all of the time and skill gained in Excel would not be used anymore.

4. I think it takes time on the software and being willing to learn something new. It is a very hard platform to master considering how many different purposes it serves, but it is beyond worth it in the long run. Excel can be used from anything from a grocery check list to computing an analysis for google to make their next investment. Excel is what you can take from it with all the applications they provide for us to learn and use.
