Without food, you could likely survive for days, if not weeks. However, without water, you would only survive for a few days. Although water does not provide people with energy or calories as food does, it is essential to life and is often overlooked. Think about how much water you may (or may not) consume during an average day – is it enough? What do you drink? Water? Coffee? Juice? Soda?
