Create a proposal to present to the clinical decision support committee in SBAR format, along with a mockup of how the alert/decision support will appear. Use the skills you learned in the reading and learning activity to effectively complete the SBAR
Assume that the committee is multidisciplinary and you need to thoroughly explain the problem and your proposal.

Your assignment should:
Use a topic from the list provided.
Address a specific problem in that topic. For example, if you choose medication dosing, specify the medication(s) that your hospital is having issues with and how often the issue occurs. The assignment will not be graded on whether your dose recommendation is correct but will be graded on the way you address the topic.

Include a mockup of how your decision support will appear.
