Faith Reflection – For this paper, you will be talking about the meaning the interview had for you. Please DO NOT list the questions/answers that you asked the person in your paper, as they will go in the Discussion Board. Focus more on the meaning the interview had for you and what you learned about the other faith, and perhaps what you learned about yourself in the process.

Based on what individuals hold dear and what their faith requires, religions differ from one another and have many similarities. Christianity, for instance, acknowledges Jesus Christ as both their savior and the son of God. On the other hand, other religions practice a separate faith with unique values and beliefs. Islamic’s beliefs and ideals, including whom they see as God, how he operates, and what should happen at the end of the world all have some things in common with Christianity. As a child, I perceived a blending of Christian and Islamic values in my city. Interviewing an Islamic store owner who practices his belief gave me the chance to learn more about his religion.
Question 1. What is the central and most important aspect of your faith belief?
We worship one God who is Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of God?
Question 2. What holiday is most important to you in your religion?
Ramadan because its a month-long of fasting in which we dont eat during sunrise and sunset each day and practice intermediate fasting, and pray more to grow spiritually and become closer to Allah and loved ones.?
Question 3: What do you find most difficult about other faiths?
The majority of people in our community practice Christianity, and occasionally they like to criticize that my religion has too many requirements and degrade my religion. Nevertheless, in my perspective, I am not very knowledgeable about the other faith beliefs.?
Question 4: What are your worship habits and patterns?
“In the Islamic faith, we believe that praying five times a day at dawn, noon, sunset, mid-afternoon, and evening, abstaining from eating pork, and for some women (specifically) wearing the hijab to protect their modesty at night will satisfy the entirety of the requirements that Allah has ordered to us through his prophet.”
Some beliefs and values, including those of the Muslims, share some differences and similarities with Christianity, including whom they believe in as God, how he works, and what should happen when the world is no more; just like Christians, Muslims believe in God’s existence, his prophets, and an afterlife after judgment where one will account for what they did while on earth. It also differs from Christianity in that they are several times that one is expected to pray a day, they have Muhammad as their prophet, and are expected to fast during day times during Ramadan period

Dont just answer questions, rather reflect on what you learned through this interview process, and what you learned more deeply about yourself and your faith life. d.
