Assignment #1- Out of Comfort Zone Assessment Paper The first assignment is a personal growth exercise 2-part assignment. After you have given thought to different dimensions of diversity, identify a population that makes you uncomfortable or one that you would like to understand better. Write a paper in APA format at least one (1) page that includes a discussion of each of the following bullet points:

1-A description of your out-of-comfort zone population;
2-A discussion of the primary/secondary dimension(s) of the diversity of this population; and
3-A discussion of past thoughts, priming, stereotypes/biases, experiences, etc. contributing to this being an out-of-comfort zone population.
