During this week's readings, you learned how the study of psychology can help you gain skills to reach your personal and professional goals (Strayer University, 1). The skills that were discussed this week were:

• Problem solving to identify and frame problems in order to find evidence-based solutions
• Self and social awareness to better understand the behavior of yourself and others (Strayer University, 1).

A little about is my name Isaac Mitchell. I am 37 years old and the first person to attend college in my family. I am married with four kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. My major is Criminal Justice. My long term goal is to become a police officer.
