1. How does racial bias and discrimination emanate in the state of Georgia criminal justice system.
-what factors can be used to identify racial bias and discrimination in the criminal justice system
-what practices rise to the level of bias and discrimination in the criminal justice system
2. How rampant is bias and discrimination within the criminal justice system
-compared to the white community and black community.
-provide recent incidents such as today cases like Ahmaud Arbery that overturned a law called the citizen arrest. Review other incidents in Georgia of racial profiling and police
3. What administrative practices could be undertaken to curb racial bias and discrimination within the criminal justice system.
Research Methodology: Connect to research questions and expand mix methods (qual-quan) that combine various approaches to gather information needed.
