Reflection on my placement experience using SPROUT framework . about my patient who complain dizziness and a loss of balance upon standing, she also express fear of falling, suprapubic catheter noted redness and emits a bad odour. she is diagnosed with osteoarthritis , hypertension, TIA and CVA. Patient review by dr. Diagnosed with severe vertigo. Recommended for Brandt daraf exercise and Catheter site is improving no bad odour and redness noted.
