Get it written →Using the quantitative research approach, leveraging surveys to consumers of both plans, yields measurable and comparable data (Monette, Sullivan, & DeJong, 2017). I would assume most researchers would use the positivist approach unless they are looking at the human experience of cultural, societal, and personal influences on healthcare between the two countries’ systems. With an approach that relies heavily on experimental and manipulative methods, positivist research methods really good job at separating personal biases of researchers and the unbiased experience they study. If a researcher uses the correct methods of research in the positivist method, being able to measure correctly and validate the information would allow the researcher to give the same answer and provide findings outside of the context of the research conducted. I sit in the middle on this one because I can see where both systems have their place and why you would use both or one or the other. Although positivists would argue that subjective meaning is difficult to quantify and study objectively, interpretive researchers would argue that it is, nonetheless, a key part of human social reality (Monette, Sullivan, & DeJong, 2017). Do you think a comprehensive research project, which collects measureable data from both nations, would give us legitimate and undisputable data with which to make conclusions?
