Q2. You are working with a client who has been diagnosed with a digestive issue where the lining of

the small intestine is impaired. Your client is a 12-year old boy, so has only elementary school

education. In a written response, describe how you would explain to him what the wall of the

small intestine is supposed to look like (you can include a diagram if you wish) and the role it’s

unique structure plays in digestion and absorption of nutrients

detail the transit of the apple through your digestive system starting at the mouth, explaining

the digestive processes that occur along the way – be sure to comment at varies stages
