I will work with my community emergency response team (CERT) to create a park sanitation plan for when flooding occurs at Mellets Sheepshead Bay playground.

Introduction. In the introduction I will talk about the parks information, location, and history.
The threat: Introduce research and studies of flooding in the neighborhood playground and talk about what to expect in the coming years. I would like to even talk about our past experiences with flooding and the disease that arises at the playground due to flooding. In this paragraph I will show why creating a park sanitation plan after flooding occurs is so important. 
Entity: Talk about who is most vulnerable to the threat which would be children who go to Mellets Playground.
Need: Installation of a drainage system would significantly reduce health risks
Project: Park sanitation plan for when flooding occurs, creating this plan with our community emergency response team. (CERT)
